Millennium Resources offers a 15 day money back guarantee. After purchasing MPOS software you can receive a refund less 25 % cancellation fee. We do however encourage you to request a evaluation of our software which also runs 15 days. This will help you decide if MPOS Software will work with for you before making a purchase. All hardware sales are final so please be sure of makes and models before purchasing.
Currently MPOS only supports integrated credit card and EFT's through Global Payments integrated. You would need to setup a merchant account through them to use these features in the software

Yes MPOS supports GST ,PST & HST taxation as well as receipt printing regulations. It also is able to calculate your tax totals for each vendor. MPOS also support tax on tax. MPOS also supports Canadian versions of QuickBooks from Pro to Enterprise 2002-2021 Moving forward we are no longer supporting QuickBooks integration on either the US or Canadian versions of QuickBooks. This being said however MPOS may still work with newer versions of QuickBooks. We however will no longer be supporting or providing updates to maintain compatibility.

MPOS using Microsoft Access as it database tool. The database is open sourced so you are able to access it using Microsoft Access or any database software that supports Access. You do not need to own or have Microsoft Access installed in order to run MPOS Software on your computer.

Generally speaking any software purchase will come with initial installation support. We will help you install and get it going. Our system comes with extensive digital manuals and a online knowledge base that will walk you through any issues you may have. We do offer supports packages that you can purchase that will give you access to telephone and remote support.
