CUSTOMER NAME DOES NOT MATCH OR APPENDING TO ANOTHER PROFILE
Resolution:
Check the customer first and last name and make sure it is the same as the customer job field listed at the bottom right of the Customer Profile screen. If the name is different or missing this would account for this error. To resolve simply type over or replace the existing customer job with the correct record. Restart MPOS. Version 7 you can select the edit menu then click on the option labeled "Clean & Repair Customer Database" this will scan your entire client list and repair any problems.
* Updated 4/2016 If a particular customers profile history has exceeded the database limit size. Then this customers profile will come up on a sales ticket instead of the customer you have selected. To resolve create a new profile for the customer in question, then delete the profile that is coming up. This will restore the client match system.
