Problem: Tanning Package Calculating Incorrectly

Resolution:

Check to see how package was setup...go to Spa Options or Tanning Options ..see which option is selected under Quantity...(Sessions or Minutes) Also check to see if the check box labeled "Manage Points with this package" is selected if it activated your packages will calculate based on the points system.
