Problem: Landing screen after a tanning originated sales transaction

AFTER HITTING CONCLUDE SALE THE SYSTEM DOES NOT RETURN YOU TO THE PROCESS PACKAGE SCREEN.

Resolution:

If in the "Setup Wizard" - "General Setup" Screen the check box "Log Employee Out after each sale" is checked then the feature to automatically return you to process package screen will be disabled. To re-enable it simply uncheck this option.

The latest version of MPOS no longer use PcCharge dependent files so simply updating or upgrading to the latest version will resolve see below for advance options.

You want to make sure that you have set the system mode to "Modern" under setup wizard general setup. Another thing that may cause this problem is a conflict with a third party component. Such as "charge.ocx" This file is usually installed in the System Folder and is referenced at the end of concluding a sale. To resolve back up your system off of the computer then reinstall MPOS windows 8-10 will need to right side click on the Setup.exe file and run the install as administrator. Restore your data and this should fix the issue. Advance users can simply use the regsvr32 command to register the file if it has lost its reference in the windows hive registry. Your command would be "regsvr32 charge.ocx" this command should be run in command prompt running in admin mode and you should change the directory to the system folder.
