Problem: Gift Cards NOT APPROVING

Error Gift NOT APPROVING- GIFT CARD SYSTEM NOT CHANGING THE APPROVED AMOUNTS

Resolution:

The Item with the name "Gift Card" has been deleted or edited from the Stock Inventory Screen. To fix simply issue a new gift card and the system will create the default gift card record. If this does not occur you must create a stock inventory item with the name "Gift Card" this name should be used in the item name & barcode fields and most importantly the category. This name is case sensitive. Remember to not use this name for any other inventory or service items.
