Problem: Gift Card Not Found
Error Gift Card Not Found: GIFT CARD NOT FINDING OR PROCESSING ISSUED GIFT CARDS
Occurs when trying to use Gift Card as method of payment. A card was created w/out store acct number assigned to it. To resolve click on Management Tools - Gift Card Setup look for the field at the top right labeled Store Account Number. Double click on the store number at the top right of the screen then enter your invoice number into the box listed this will assign an account number for your store If you don't know your invoice number you can use a random 4 digit number.
Next you will need to click on the manage existing cards button and select each card and manually select the store acct field and manually enter the new account number into these fields. It may be easier to simply delete the accounts and create them again. Once this is done you should be able to find and process activated card accounts.
This can also happen when you register your software again and a new account number is created. This will change your store number.
Also you will notice an item labeled Gift Card in your stock inventory screen. If this item is not checked as serialized (tab labeled serialize) then all it will do is prompt for gift card values and not allow you to select gift cards to sell.
