Problem: Commission Overrides

OVERRIDING PACKAGE COMMISSION OR CALCULATE THE SERVICE COMMISSION DUE ON A SERVICE RENDERED FROM A PACKAGE.

Resolution:

To have commission calculate on services rendered or package at time of services vs commission to individual who sells packages use Service Packages option when creating your Spa packages. Then in employee commission (SETUP WIZARD - EMPLOYEE SETUP - COMMISSION) setup the employee override feature. Set commission for packages to zero & then select radio button for services then set commission rate. To set an actual amount you can set a price this will override the price of the service and always calculate the commission based on your rate and price you have setup.
