Problem: Cash Register issue when ringing up a sale
AFTER HITTING THE CONCLUDE SALE BUTTON NOTHING HAPPENS.
You have not selected a printer format. From the main screen select "Setup Wizard" - "Printer Setup" then select the printer format: either 3 inch or 8 x 11 full sheet. You must select one as default.
