Problem: Cash Register HOT KEYS GRID NOT SHOWING UP

Resolution:

Version 6 Go to cash register right click on grid It will prompt to reset the grid to the default size 3000 select ok then restart the system.

Version 7 Go to cash register select the view menu and select the "Reset Touch Grid" select ok then restart the system.

Version 8 if you have selected to view picture graphics and you do not have any images asscociated with your inventory or item this will cause a missing grid. To resolve click on the Inventory or Service Grid that appears and uncheck the graphics button. Restart the system. In advance cases you may need to enter the windows registry hive and use the regedit option and delete the hotkeys or servicekeys that control the images "Options", "ServicePic"
