Error X-Charge Duplicate
Error X-Charge Duplicate: AFTER PROCESSING A SALE IN X-CHARGE SALE EITHER DUPLICATES OR REPORTS A DUPLICATE ERROR.
Resolution:
This would happen if XCharge accepts a payment and MPOS timed out waiting for X-charge response. To avoid this you should increase MPOS wait time. This is located in SETUP WIZARD - CREDIT CARD SETUP - X-CHARGE SETUP. This should also be resolved if you upgrade into newer versions of X-Charge and switch to XpressLink this can be found in newer version of MPOS (7+) in the X-Charge Setup screen.
