If your computer modem
supports caller ID and you have that service available on your phone line.
You can activate the caller ID option. Now when a client calls, you
can have their client profile open before you answer the phone. You
can also go directly into the scheduler with there names already found
and ready for scheduling. All calls are logged into the client profile
history.
You can
even display there name on your pole display when ever the phone rings. |
