With MR Cash Register Pro you can export your sales transaction into Quick
books Problems with inventory levels, pricing, staffing make themselves

of a button simply select the range of records you wish to export or even
select the invoice numbers you wish to export. MR Cash Register Pro
can also create and assign accounts to post to during a ring out session
so that when you export your data it will be posted to the correct account

Sales by employees in MR Cash Register
Pro can be exported as sales transaction keeping the employees initials
intact so that you can summarizes your sales income by sales representative
("rep") in QuickBooks. Initially, the report shows sales for the current
month, but you can change the period of time covered by the report by choosing
a different date range from the Dates list.
The report includes income from parts,
services, and other charge items recorded on an invoice or cash sales receipt.
It does not include income from sales tax or reimbursed expenses.
Each
sale transaction that is processed is related to a cash sale transaction
in QuickBooks keeping intact the address fields form of payment product
listing sales tax paid and memo field. In QuickBooks the cash sale transaction
is made when you make a sale for which you receive full payment at the
time of the sale. Cash sales can include payments by cash, check, or credit
card.
Entering a memo for the sale.
The memo is a reminder to you. It does
not appear on the printed form. It appears onscreen and on sales reports
that include this sale. You are able to predefine this memo text
in MR Cash Register Pro or create them in the middle of a sales transaction
on the fly. You could make a note that would explain a discount or
notes that may be needed after you have imported your data out of the system
and into QuickBooks

Register Pro so that Selected invoices can be set "To be printed" once
exported. If you plan to print the form later.
