Stock Inventory Receivable Printing Barcodes Purchase Orders

Within MR Cash Register Pro you have a fully featured stock inventory system.  This system is fully customizable.  Your system also can be set manually, or automatically for warnings of stock depletion, so you never run out of stock on a item. 

Every time you make a sale your stock inventory is updated for you.  Simply click on your stock Inventory report to find out what you have in stock.  Your report functions allow you to calculate profit margins on your retail products. 

Print and scan in your barcode data.  MR Cash Register Pro has fully printable screens so that you can always have a paper file. Printing barcodes directly from this application is done by typing the barcode ID into the indicated box.  The system will generate a barcode for this product using any standard barcode format you choose.  The barcode will be generated and copied into your window clipboard simply pasting them into your, Excel, Word, WordPerfect or any other Windows program. Or print them directly using your desktop printer.

	Setup multiple price schemes, with MPOS.  Sell product that share the same UPC code scheme.  Use this feature to sell different size shapes or colors.  Or use it to categorize sales for faster ringing out.  (I.E. change the product ID or UPC to the word  "shoe" then when ringing up the sale type the word "shoe" and a list of products that match that code will appear then select from the item name and description.) Offer multiple pricing discounts.        Allow for specials up to 9 different combinations can be created for each item in your inventory.
	In your inventory you can assign and create programmable keys.  This option allows you during ring up to select unlimited amount products and services. To ring up a sale simply activate the grid and  select with either a mouse, keyboard or touch screen monitor. This is helpful when you have services or products that are used frequently rather than selecting or scanning these products you can create shortcuts keys to activate them with a touch of a button. These items you select are apart of your standard inventory or services list. They are listed in the service and inventory grid when you assign them the proper department number.
Discounts & Change of Prices Discount or change prices by item, category or price range. Schedule a discount or change of price with a start date & end date. Discount or change price by % or $ amounts.
Purchase Orders Create Print and Receive Purchase Orders Receive Items into inventory  All Purchase Orders and Item Receipts can be tracked all the way through QuickBooks.
Manager kit / Packages   Manage inventory kits or packages.  If you sell several products together as a kit or package.  MPOS can manage your kits and automatically update your inventory whenever a kit is sold.
Serial Numbers Management   Sell and track items that are serialized.  Sell an item by it's serial number. Create multiple serial numbers sequentially.
Reorder Points List   Control inventory with either a single reorder point, or assign a re order point for each product. Generate a Reorder list, with vendor information for easy reordering.
