New Features Available For
MPOS Version 6

	Block Employees weekly schedules in advance.
	Double Booking book an appointment in the middle of an existing appointment.
	Email clients directly from the scheduler using preset templates.

Database updated to use first & last name instead of last name first initial.

Email a single client or a list of clients using the Marketing & Mailing feature.

Create customer templates that can be used for marketing such as birthdays,
anniversary or appointment confirmation.

Tanning Screen changed for easier processing. You can now handle all tanning features within one screen. Process Packages, Point of Sale, Clients, Scheduling and bed management in one screen.

Password & security has been updated. You can now create user accounts and assign each employee an individual password or a group password. The password accounts can be used to control the employee access throughout the entire application.

Themes have been updated allowing you to fully customize the cash
register screen. You can control the size and also control the position
of each item on the cash register screen.

Cash register programmable buttons have been created. You can now
create up to 10 buttons that will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
You can define what each button will do from a list of features or discount
rates or percentages.

Network Options have been updated for easier networking and managing.

Printer Setup has been updated allowing you to now select a default printer
for, Sales Receipts, Invoice Receipts, Reports, and Barcode Printing. The
system will now store printer driver information more accurately.

Feature Setup has been added to the setup wizard. This option allows
you to set the features you wish to use. You can specify what features you
business type will need so that you do not have to view or access features
that do not apply to your industry. Easily add or remove features with a click of a button.

Manage Multiple Stores is a new feature that allows users that are operating more than one store license to view remote data. Using this feature you can now connect to another location or store and access that stores sales report information or limited inventory information. This tools is helpful when managing multiple stores using your standard phone lines.

This new feature allows you to easily export your current database information. Use this feature to export, customers, inventory, services, vendors. You can filter what data should be exported and in what format.

Main Program

Online update has been streamlined allowing you to automatically download, decompress and install updates.

Main startup screen has been changed to a more functional view. You now have a list of available features that can be accessed at all times. Also 9 feature buttons that will load automatically with key features. Animation has been added to display what mode you are logged into and whether your access level is secure or a user account.

Registering your copy has been updated allowing you to automatically register and unlock your license for each machine online using the new remote registering system.

Export your sales data using the new direct connect function. You can now connect directly to your QuickBooks database and import data such as customers, employees, vendors and other item lists. You can also directly export your sales into QuickBooks. (This feature requires QuickBooks Pro 2002 or above installed on the same computer.) You can still use the older format (sales export feature) in conjunction with this new feature.

Inventory Synchronization has been added allowing users of QuickBooks Pro 2002 and above to automatically synchronize there MPOS inventory count with QuickBooks eliminating the need to process PO's or Item receipts in MPOS.

Time Clock features have been added allowing your employees to punch in and out. The system will record their daily time clock and report the total amount of hours worked for a selected period.

Online backup has been added to the backup features you can now signup for online backup. This will allow you to backup your data at anytime using the internet.

You can now create, manage and process your own gift cards using the gift card feature. Use your existing gift card stock, create your own stock or purchase generic gift cards from us. You can then issue them using MPOS software and process them as a form of payment. This feature can be used in a single location or you can signup for multiple location processing.

XCharge Credit Card Processing

XCharge credit card processing has been added to the latest version of MPOS. This feature allows you to process credit cards from within MPOS's system using XCharge as your processor. No additional charges to setup your account required as this feature is now shipped by default with MPOS.
