Resolution:
This would happen if XCharge accepts a payment and MPOS timed out
waiting for X-charge response. To avoid this you should increase
MPOS wait time. This is located in SETUP WIZARD - CREDIT CARD SETUP
- X-CHARGE SETUP. This should also be resolved if you
upgrade into newer versions of X-Charge and switch to XpressLink this
can be found in newer version of MPOS (7+) in the X-Charge Setup
screen.

Resolution:
The Path selected in SETUP WIZARD - CREDIT CARD SETUP - X-CHARGE
SETUP incorrect.
Make sure Xcharge is running and select the
Browse button then browse to the X-Charge folder (usually C:Program
Files\X-Charge\LocalTran\ connect to the hidden file GPNHDA (seen when
Xcharge running) You may have to make the folders hidden content
visible.

Resolution:
Check integration status. SETUP WIZARD -
CREDIT CARD SETUP - X-CHARGE INTEGRATION. Check that the feature
is activated or checked at the top right. Check the path and make sure
it is correct. Update the timeout period. Also browse to the General
Setup screen look for the option labeled "PROMPT FOR
CREDIT CARD INFO" If this option is checked then uncheck.
