Resolution:
First you must change the Package
type. This is located in the Tanning Options Screen Click on the
Create and manage package button. You can then select the type of
package. Once this is done all new records will be created correctly.
Next to change the existing packages to reflect the changes you must
enter "Management Tools" - "Edit Mode" then select
"Advance Mode" select the first database smp.mdb then select
from the list of tables "Stock Inventory" Find the records
and change the fields to the correct package type.

Resolution:
Check to see how package was setup...go to Spa Options or
Tanning Options ..see which option is selected under Quantity...(Sessions
or Minutes) Also check to see if the check box labeled
"Manage Points with this package" is selected if it
activated your packages will calculate based on the points system.

Resolution:
You must ring up sales in tanning mode. Using the check out client
button. When processing tanning all transactions must originate in the
Tanning Options screen. This can be fully resolved with updating to
607 or above. |

Resolution:
When encountered when trying to process a spa or tanning visit,
error is caused by missing data on one of the devices (usually device
name). You should enter the tanning or spa options screen in the setup
wizard and fill in the missing data i.e. Spa Device name, Tanning Bed
name, Employee First Last name. |

Resolution:
Serial communication is the suggested interface within MPOS. But
if that is not an option you must make sure you are using the
suggested USB cable that is provided by Applied Digital. The problem
usually is related to the drivers for the cables some are not
compatible with certain operating systems and many do not work with 64
bit operating systems. You should contact Applied Digital for
more information on the correct type of cable for your computer the
phone number is 417-272-0761. Also
those using the wireless G2 series of T-max Manager will need to
download the adnet
program from appdig.com to there
computer and update the firmware to 34 or higher the version number
will be listed on bed 10 when starting the unit. If it does not
read 34 or higher this could interfere with communication with MPOS. |

Resolution:
Adnet or some other program is running and using the comport needed to
communicate with the timer. Close All programs that may be accessing
either the serial or usb port then restart MPOS to resolve. |

UNABLE TO ENTER OR PROCESS A SPA OR TANNING PACKAGE |

Resolution:
All of your packages have been deleted. To resolve sell a package to a
customer then restart MPOS this will resolve this error. Also you may
receive error 3021 when processing the package this will be
resolved also. |

Resolution:
User may have selected service package when creating A package.
If this is selected MPOS will display a service screen and not the bed
or device screen. To resolve user must remove the service package
option from the "Create & Edit Packages" screen.
