Resolution:
MPOS can not update the database if other users are currently using
that days records. It is a good habit to exit the scheduling system
after booking or looking up an appointment. If this is not an option
then have the users select the Ctrl + T key after reviewing there
records this will release the date and refresh the present day.

Resolution:
Find dropped or previously cancelled appointments. Go to Scheduling
and select the File menu...open View Schedule
Rebuild...select date and employee desired You can
Analyze data and even print the report out. Use this data to rebuild
your schedule.

Resolution:
In the system you have incomplete employee schedules. In order to fix
this you must enter the Setup Wizard - Employee Setup - Weekly
Schedule and confirm that each record has both a starting time and
ending time. If you have one and the other is missing then this will
cause a conflict in the system. You can leave both blank this is not
the issue only when one is left blank and the other is filled in.
