Resolution:
This is a generic error, you will want to note the error that
follows this one to give you more information regarding the issue.
If port error enter the Setup Wizard
- Optional Equipment - Change the port that is used for either the
serial cash drawer, USB cash drawer or customer pole display. This
also can be caused by pager modem if paging is active. If this does
not resolve the issue follow the instructions on resetting the MPOS
registry settings using regedit
If this error is followed by a network
error enter the Setup Wizard - General Setup - Network Options select
the server option save and restart MPOS.
